Nutria may request access to your camera or photo library to recognize food. Food photos used for recognition are processed on the device and are not stored by Nutria on its servers.

Information produced from the recognition process, such as a food item, nutrition estimate, or portion estimate, may be saved to your Nutria diary if you choose to save it.

Product and Barcode Searches

When you search for a food product or scan a barcode, Nutria may send the product name or barcode to a food-information provider such as Open Food Facts in order to retrieve product information.

After deletion is completed, your account cannot be restored. Personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, except where limited retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Nutria account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you purchased a subscription through Apple or Google, you must separately cancel it through the applicable store’s subscription settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

Nutria is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for users above 13 but below the applicable age of digital consent, the required authorization must be obtained before using the Services.

Nutria is operated by Astra Inc in the United States.

Depending on where you live and where our service providers operate, personal information may be processed outside your country of residence.
